About

I have been gardening professionally since February 2017, initially working for one client 3 days a week establishing a new rose garden, completing a number of hard landscaping projects including a patio and garden steps, and providing garden maintenance services everything from keeping the drive clear of leaves in the autumn to pruning the 50 plus fruit trees in the heritage orchard.

In July 2017 I completed my diploma and formally set up my business, Angharad Pike Gardener and Plants. I offer garden maintenance services locally as well as propagating plants for my clients and for sale from the nursery and at open gardens.

I am a keen plantswoman, seeking out lesser known varieties and species, that are not available in mainstream nurseries and garden centres, or that are no longer in fashion and I am a member of Plant Heritage whose mission is to ‘encourage the conservation of cultivated plants’. I grow or have grown everything that I sell so I can help you to get the best from your plants.
